We utilize our proprietary Rally Lean System to keep our fleet partners on the road. We specialize in quality, fast paced, automotive body repairs on Fleet Vehicles.

Who You Are: 

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Parts Manager to join our dynamic team at Rally Fleet. The Parts Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our body shop by managing the inventory of automotive parts and coordinating orders. 

What You’ll Do:

• Maintain accurate records of parts inventory.
• Regularly conduct physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Collaborate with suppliers to place orders.
• Track and manager order deliveries, keeping the production process on track. 
• Communicate effectively with team members ensuring that parts are available when needed. 

What You Need:

• Previous experience in a body shop or proven experience in a similar role. 
• Coachability and motivation to learn.
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts.
• Effective communication skills. 
• Ability to lift heavy objects 20 – 75 lbs.
• Reliable transportation.
